FSI believes that developing healthy relationships is a lifeline to the positive growth of our clients. We utilize a variety of tools such as role-modeling, worksheets, role-play, etc, to support client’s with acquiring effective interpersonal skills to develop verbal/nonverbal communication, listening skills, conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision-making, assertiveness and more.

Our program teaches the benefits of volunteering, networking, community activism, following the law, joining a support program and being a good neighbor.

FSI believes that developing effective coping skills can offer the ability to establish balance in life. Clients practice and learn to apply coping skills to regulate stress, anxiety, and anger.

We help individuals to develop work ethic, values, honesty, partnerships, teamwork, trust, commitment and perseverance.

Our program teaches the skills needed to create a realistic household budget while developing money management skills.
