Licensed Eligible or Licensed Mental Health Supervisor
LEMHP or LMPH; bilingual preferred. Registered or Licensed in the state of Virginia. Intensive In-Home or Mental Health Services experience required. This position requires direction, development and implementation, direct supervision and monitoring (observation and evaluation of staff implementing care, service plans & interacting with clients) to the services provided. The position has responsibility for approving assessments and individualized service plans (ISP’s) to ensure that the appropriate services provided, meet the needs of the individuals serviced. Must have documented experience developing, conducting and approving assessments and individualized service plans or treatment plans. Salary negotiable based upon work experience. Qualified Mental Health Paraprofessional
The position requires an Associate’s Degree but prefers a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, human services, Community Mental Health Rehabilitative Services counseling) and at least one year of experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of mental illness or gerontology and special education. The following applicants will also be considered. An associate’s degree, or higher degree, in an unrelated field and at least three years’ experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of mental illness or gerontology clients or special education clients.
Qualified Mental Health Professional
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree but prefers a Master’s Degree in a Mental Health or Social Services field (primarily Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology or Special Education.) This position requires direction, development and implementation, direct supervision and monitoring client’s progress to the services provided. The position has responsibility for providing supervised treatment under the care of a LMHP. Must have documented experience developing, conducting and approving assessments and individual service plans or treatment plans. Salary negotiable based upon work experience.
