Independent Living Skills:
A service provided to individuals (youth 14 and older) transitioning to independent living due to family dissolution or out of home placement. Services provided include daily and independent living skills, self-care, community resources, social development, money management, transportation and work and study skills.
Mental Health Support Services:
A service provided to adolescents and adults (age 19 and older) to enable individuals with significant psychiatric functional limitations to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate and least restrictive environment. Our counselors collaborate and coordinate with other case involved service providers and professionals, such as; attorneys, school personnel, social workers, and probation counselors. This process also identifies community resources and services that can be of benefit to both the clients and their respective families.
